DATA PRACTICES

Privacy policy

Prepared October 26, 2026 · Applies to the current local Etsy intake implementation

Operator and purpose

Tiny Print Club operates this local desktop tool to prepare and reconcile its own marketplace order records. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be directed to tinyprintclubtx@gmail.com.

Information accessed through Google

With the account owner's consent, the tool uses Gmail read-only access. That Google scope permits mailbox reading; the implemented collector searches Etsy sale notifications from the supported transaction source and reads matching message headers and plain-text content. Initial catch-up covers a bounded recent period, with saved checkpoints and overlap on later runs.

Extracted facts can include Gmail message identifiers, seller and order references, transaction identifiers, customer marketplace identifiers and usernames, shipping-address information, product descriptions, selected options and personalization, quantities, candidate amounts, currency and ship-by wording. Source validation and review indicators are recorded with the draft. Missing or conflicting information remains unresolved.

Mail content is processed as data. The importer does not render email HTML, load tracking images, follow links, execute attachments, or retain a full-email archive. This app's Gmail permission does not allow sending, modifying or deleting email.

Local storage and protection

Customer and order payloads and saved OAuth credentials use Windows user-bound encryption. Operational metadata, source references, processing status, timestamps and pseudonymous customer codes are retained in a local SQLite database. The local data directory has restricted Windows file permissions. The dashboard listens only on the local loopback interface.

These controls do not replace device security. Anyone authorized to use the unlocked local dashboard can view the details it displays. Recovery snapshots retain the encryption of private payloads and depend on the appropriate Windows profile; portable recovery is not implemented.

Use, sharing and Google Limited Use

Google-derived information is used only for the owner's order-intake and reconciliation workflow. The current importer does not upload imported records to the public information website or hosted dashboard, sell data, use it for advertising, or transmit it to an AI model for processing or training.

Communication with Google is necessary to authorize access, refresh the authorized connection and read Gmail. Separate user-directed support or sharing is outside the importer's automated processing.

Tiny Print Club Local Intake's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and deletion

Normalized business drafts and processing history remain local until the owner reconciles, archives or removes them. There is currently no automatic age-based deletion of those business records. Full raw mail is not saved as an archive. Local recovery copies may retain earlier encrypted records.

The account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and disable the Windows morning intake task. Revoking Google access stops future authorized reads; it does not erase records already stored locally. Local deletion must include the relevant database, credentials and recovery copies as appropriate. Deleting local intake data does not delete mail from Gmail or marketplace records.

This information website

These static information pages provide no customer login, mail intake form, advertising scripts or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information to deliver and protect the site. Do not submit customer data or credentials through this information website.

Changes

These disclosures must be updated before the tool materially changes how it accesses, stores or shares Google-derived information. A future cloud sync or additional marketplace source is not covered by an assumption that all existing data may be uploaded.
